We recommend for sale a beautiful one-story villa with an area 253.4 m2, located in Borówiec at Kwitnaca street. Only 17.4 km from the center of Poznań by a fast road (S11). Construction of the house was completed in 2008. The building was made in traditional brick technology, external walls – 3-layer wall: ceramic block (25 cm) insulated with a 10 cm layer of hard mineral wool and checker brick (12 cm) with pressure, covered with clinker brick hand formed. The floors in the rooms are covered with wood (dark walnut), in the kitchen red granite, in the bathrooms tiles and in the other rooms are covered with Spanish tiles burnt and formed by hand, which were maintained throughout the period of use of royal jelly, Terrace finished with tiles. Gas heating with a modern combi boiler with a water tank. The floor heating system was used in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms.
